Process characteristics of CHAL:
The extrusion process requires all bars are homogenized, machine surface of billets for remove oxidized before extrusion, ensure the material no inclusions, no particles on surface, increase surface mobility to eliminate the coarse grain ring.
At present, the coarse crystal ring of the flat die is controlled within 0.25mm.
If machining process requires to feed round bar automatically, linear control is less 0.25mm per meter, meet to machine 10 bars at the same time.
